The declaration form is used when the Customs Agency finds unaccompanied monetary instruments corresponding to a value of EUR 10,000 or more in connection with the control of consignments, and the Customs Agency orders the sender, the recipient or a representative of one of these to make a reporting declaration within 30 days.
